Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hone Into Wellness, all of our treatments, programs, and services are personalized to support your health goals. Due to the custom nature of our care and the medical preparations involved, all payments are final.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hormone therapy
- Peptide therapy
- Weight loss treatments (including GLP-1s)
- Lab services and testing
- Consultations (telehealth or in-person)
- IV therapy
- Membership packages
- Supplements and medications
Once a payment is submitted, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you miss an appointment or fail to provide adequate notice, the session may be forfeited without credit.
Program Changes
If you’d like to adjust your treatment plan, we may allow you to apply the value of your purchase toward a different service or protocol — within the same billing cycle and with prior approval from our team.
